Pet Policy

We love our pets! Pets are allowed at both of The University properties. No more than two animals are allowed per unit, and a $25.00 monthly pet rent applies for each pet. No more than two animals are allowed per apartment, and cats and dogs have a weight limit of 40 lbs. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. A $250 deposit, a $250 non-refundable animal fee, and prior approval from management will be required. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum, on the first floor only, with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.
