Answers to Your Burning Questions


We've got answers to those questions that keep you up at night. Okay, maybe not all of them. 

 

Are meal plans required?

All of our apartments feature full kitchens, which means you are the master of your food-fate.

 

Are utilities included?

We charge a flat $15 per month for water, sewer, and trash. You can set up electricity through the City of Ellensburg.

 

How close are we to campus?

Super close. 

 

How does the whole "laundry" thing work?

We've got onsite laundry facilities at both Park and Place. You can do your laundry as often or as little as you like. I'm not your mother.

 

Do you have furnished units?

We believe in personal style. We don't want to take that from you. So no.

 

What happens when stuff doesn't work in my unit?

We've got pretty stellar maintenance staff, and they love fixing things. Give them a call. Make their day. After-hours? No problem. You can find the after-hours emergency maintenance number in your resident portal.

 

Will you find a roommate for me?

Unfortunately, no. But we're rooting for you.

 

What is the "waitlist," and how does it work?

Good things come to those who wait. We place our future residents on a wait list, and we distribute units in order of the wait list. So the longer you wait to get on the wait list, the lower your odds of getting exactly what you want. 

 

Can I have overnight guests? 

We're glad you have friends, and we want them to enjoy their stay with you. But like all house guests, there's that point where they cease to be "guests" and become more like fixtures. We draw that line at 10 days. At that point, we'll need to add them to your lease.
